Went to Bagel Nash in Spinningfields for lunch. Decent enough but overpriced for what you get. Won't be going again in a hurry. Hopefully won't be going somewhere else in a hurry either.

Tea tonight has been roast beef, out of the freezer as I seem to have gone off having it in a bap for lunch at the moment, with the usual roast spuds etc.

There was, however, more than needed for one meal, and as I’d thawed it all, lunch has been the last of the roast beef in a wholemeal bap

It was nice, but confirmed that I’m just not in the mood for them at the moment. Maybe it’s the weather or something.
