Exactly. The sums they are making are eye watering on this current instruction of work...

Of course they are capable. But my argument has always been the approach to this should have been far simpler. Having spoken to a few people (Solicitors, Accountants) who know of this issue, they have said the approach should be to respond disputing the debt and politely telling them to bleep off....Last edited by looperevil; 17 June 2026, 14:16.

And this is the exact problem. They took a shed load of money from everyone to fight this regularisling of the loans with the FCA...yet several of us made phone calls to the FCA and have put an end to that happening. That was all done for free.......

They have been doing so for years though and it's got nowhere. When a new wave of attack arrises that is different from the initial instruction, they then need to bill you for more money......

It's a public forum. They will be viewing this thread daily like we are. I also know for sure Elysium are monitoring this too. The people on boarded to Elysium will know if these crooks are planning a next step. My suspicion is the email from Dan has rattled them...

So on your point 2...they are claiming they "rebutted these claims"....wow they took a shed load of money from people to do that when many people simply wrote a letter and got the same outcome. Reality is, they failed miserably to get anywhere with that and didn't put an end to this whole...

My feeling was they would use this as a way to get out of doing the SAR. Ordinarily this is used if you are asking for information with no purpose and creating them unnecessary. Hence you need to raise a complaint to the ICO saying they are making claims of these so called loans and you want the information...

They have been "going at them" for years and it's gone nowhere and still going nowhere....
