100% The same for me... I will not be going with Elysium for the same reason as you. It seems like Elysium are quite happy to take the long scenic route in to trying to deal with this issue.

I received it a few day before Christmas 2020. I contacted WTT who were able to deal with it on my behalf... However if I receive one now - It will be a different story as WTT seem to be passing things onto Elysium - which I don't think I will be joining on this particular journey/course of action....
