Checked FCA website and this is what Ethica Resolve Limited can do:

• Collect loan payments from you, and take any action as set out in your loan agreement with them if the loans were regulated. This could include selling the goods you gave as security for the loan if you don't keep up repayments.[

When I said no company number I was refering to company 1 or 2. Their company register number is 131081C...

Just Felicitas Solutions Limited, no mention of company numbers. Received them in Feb and March 2020....

I had letters of assaignment from Felicitas and from West 28th street. But I joined an action group who were supposed to be dealing with them direct. However, they've disappeared now and a law firm they brought in are starting litigation of their own against West 28th but it's expensive, so I'm back...

Have you read the Independant Loan Charge Review 2025? It states in there the scheems were mis-sold and gives reasons....

Trethowans say to contact them to obtain copies of loan agreements.

This letter doesn't seem very professional....

I also received a letter from Trethowans demanding payment be made by 5th October. Regarding repayment, the only way I see is in my original contract from 2013 - 2014. It states a bank account number but I'm assuming that's closed now seeing the company have folded.
