Your choice and it may hold true, however, statute barred is generally a shield not a sword. You can get a solicitors view on whether its good but only a judge can actually confirm it ... that requires somebody to issue a claim and go to court.

None of this has been tested in court so all the posts on this forum are just people’s views! I might be stating the obvious but some people will read proving chain of assignment, statute barred, falsified documentation, can't be regulated etc ... and take it as gospel.

The problem with Elysium's approach is that they're trying to find silver bullet for 650+ people ... there will be people in the mix whose cases are far simpler to resolve than others i.e. missing documentation that can't be cured and is critical for successful litigation....
