I'm not looking for an argument I'm trying to be objective ... You quoted the FCA (I could be wrong the Mrs often tells me I am) ... Up until very recently none of the entities that matter are FCA regulated, therefore, the FCA levers are blunt instruments!

Your choice and it may hold true, however, statute barred is generally a shield not a sword. You can get a solicitors view on whether its good but only a judge can actually confirm it ... that requires somebody to issue a claim and go to court.

My personal experience of the FCA and Citizens...

None of this has been tested in court so all the posts on this forum are just people’s views! I might be stating the obvious but some people will read proving chain of assignment, statute barred, falsified documentation, can't be regulated etc ... and take it as gospel.
