The AI is extremely useful, however, it depends on what documentation you have and what commentary it contains.
People are forgetting the nuances … we’re not all in the same boat.
Do a SAR, get all the paperwork they have on you, run it through AI and you’ll have a great...

On reflection I'm not going to share my findings ... whilst West28th can't cure the issues they have with my case they may weaponise my findings against others.
That said and done I've created a step by step guide/prompts I used for Anthropic/Claude (paid tier/not expensive) ... if you...

Over the next week or so I’ll be posting a series of anonymised documents that I hope will be useful to others in this situation. They cover my journey from around 2010 to the present day.
I’ve put all original correspondence from Darwin, Felicitas/Gladstones, and West 28th Street through...

The FS Capital v Adams Court of Appeal judgment from January 2025 is the controlling case law that directly governs your situation. Combined with your specific documents, you have an exceptionally strong position. Let me now lay this out comprehensively. (I've not posted everything as it will be pages...

I’m not aware of a single person who has been taken to court to date and I can’t see that position changing … if the paper trail was genuine and enforceable then thousands of us would have already been dragged through the courts.
What’s the worst that can happen to me … bankruptcy...

Submit a SAR and they will produce some documentation to fit the narrative.
As previously stated I’m not sure why none of the law firms involved have challenged the paper trail … IMHO they’re enjoying the gravy train!...

All of the Felicitas documentation that I received is fabricated and falsified … It’s also extremely easy to prove....

I think you're missing the point ... a discretionary payment is NOT a loan and no ongoing liability is no on going liability!...Last edited by shampoo; 11 May 2026, 16:05.

From the original Darwin emails from 2010/2011:

As part of the Felicitas junkmail did anyone get a set of User Details artefacts? I think they're eluding to logging into some sort of portal!?
No URL or login credentials cited

I wonder why none of the law firms haven't challenged the legitimacy of the deed of assignment? All the Felicitas artefacts I received were created en masse years after the event to fit a narrative. They are falsified documents littered with flaws and have been passed on to W28th as part of the deed...

That’s annoying … they have changed the commentary between 2010/2011 and 2012....

If you have your original 2010/2011 Darwin scheme correspondence, the claims from Gladstones, Felicitas, and W28th appear highly vulnerable.
I’d love to go over all the reasons why but I’m sure they keep a watching brief on this forum which is frustrating. If they make a demand I’m...
