Just looking at West 28 website (about and services) [Mod: link removed] may be reading it wrong but my take is they act on behalf of someone else? Who are the businesses and insolvency practitioners in this case? If the money I paid (essentially my wages) into the trust and then paid out to me is being treated as a loan, then please can I have the money back I initially paid into the trust. If West 28 seriously think they can pull this off there has to be some kind of government intervention.
