Question... could Ethica do a soft search of credit score orgs such as Experian? ****Experian specifically says that where credit is passed to a debt-collection agency, the agency may search the person's credit report to help assess their financial circumstances and make decisions about collection....

I have been speaking to them, having prior been involved with Elysium. Personally, I find them more measured and transparent in their position and approach. I posted earlier the latest update from them, worth taking a look....
