I have correspondance on file... A notice from Felicitas and a letter/payment demand dated Feb 2020 from Gladstones (law firm representing Felicitas). And then my subsequent response disputing the claim. Given this falls outside of the 6 years, does this have any weight?

My understanding is the default notice itself doesn’t mean debt collectors or bailiffs are coming to your home. It’s a formal step they need to take before certain further enforcement action if they say the agreement is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act.

So essentially here's where we are at. It is still not clear whether West 28 plans to send a "letter of claim" toward possible claim form/court proceedings.

Something I keep coming back to and would be interested in others’ views on. We all did work which generated fees that were paid into these arrangements. We then received a smaller amount as salary, with the remainder paid to us through the scheme. If West 28’s position is that we now have to pay...
