To date ive not done a thing but feels like i should now. Based on the stack of letters i received yesterday is the first step to just to go back and make a request under section 77 of the Consumer Credit Act.
And what can we expect from them with this request?

I just received a big folder full of each individual "loans".
first time commenting thought this was all forgotten then got a letter about a month ago from this new law firm now involved.
