I’m willing to bet my mortgage that it’ll never get to court. This is just the latest attempt to extort money from us.
People who are worrying, send a SAR (I used Wtaf’s link - thank you for that btw)and put it out of your mind till they reply. If and when they do reply…

Does anyone have a deed of assignment from Felicitas to W28? I searched my paperwork last night and don’t have one.

Hi, new here, registered to say I also received the latest shakedown letter from Trethowans.
I will be responding by asking them to supply a SAR with the agreement and all information held.
Unlike the others I didn’t receive a letter in April, the last correspondence I had from W28th...
