On the Statute Barred subject:
My supposedly “L” default letter was sent on the 17th February 2020 then by Felicitas. Subsequently some 6 years and 6months later the current agency does the same! If my understanding of the law is correct even if they name them now as CCA time has run out?...

I wrote to Trethowans on 7th Sept requesting they forward all details they have on my credit file (SAR) plus a further letter denying any liability to said L. Only today 10th Oct have I received post which I expect is their response. Contents is unknown as I am not in the UK

Fully understand, but I was referring to one example that the person had been hounded for a decade after being released?

Interesting reading with it appears many gaps.
Why is there no mention of the “Statute Barred “ legislation as the examples appear to be well over the 6 / 12 years in the past?...

I have requested a SAR, sent to original company who then contacted another company (involved) who then asked for some proof it was me? So gave them exactly what they already had. Only for another company (involved) 1 week later asking for same! Right hand left hand comes to mind.

My original contract/terms and conditions were written by Longacre, after Cpl weeks was re written by Darwin after working for a month was re written once again by Winchester at no time was the L word mentioned neither was terms / conditions changed....
