Points we've noticed:

1. They put out a video on YouTube days before the first letters landed this year, so they must have had prior knowledge....

Just wanted to come back to what Eek suggested, as I think it's very important practical advice and something that each of us can do, at least to some degree.

If you've been caught up in one of these schemes, I think it's important to establish exactly what trust your money was supposedly...

I would second that. I have a good amount of defensive material including an email directly from my scheme provider where I managed to get them to say no repayment will be required. I will not be brandishing that until we get to court, when THEY have a lot more to lose and the damage and cost is more...

Ring them and they will probably give you an account number and sort code for Nigeria.

On a serious note, has anybody forwarded the letters to Dan Neidle? Both, a copy from someone who had it via Tracked and somebody who had it via normal post, in case there is difference in the content...

As my solicitor said, you going into court means they have to go into court and answer some difficult questions regarding all this. They have a lot, lot more to answer for....

It seems like Felicitas Solutions have sold W28st the doctored version of the contracts, because the terms they are knowingly or unknowingly citing are not in the original contract.

Ethica Resolve is FCA regulated -> Ethica Resolve Limited.
Get in touch with FCA and let them know that Ethica Resolve are trying to enforce a purported loan that claims to be CCA regulated, but no proof has been provided that this is the case. And when a SAR is made to West 28th St, no information...

I would say Andrew William Thompson has got his grubby fingers all over this, right back from the days when the schemes were originally being peddled, right through to the subsequent payback demands of the alleged loans, he has been there in the background....
