I have more emails and documents sent to me from Garraway which are more clearer with regards to the intent of the the alleged loans, but I can't share them on an anonymous forum right now as I rely on them for my defence. I don't believe you can even take someone to court for a claim that is statute barred. That would be wasting the courts time. If you do, you could be financially penalised for wasted costs, waste of judicial time and resources and violation of the defendant's rights....
