ethicaresolve.co.uk/business/about/
Ethica's own 'About' page still lists Christian Regnicoli and Ramunas Audzevicius as current Co-Founders; Companies House shows both were terminated as directors on 10 July 2025. The company's most recent accounts (year to 31 August 2025, filed March 2026) remain...

Exactly, it's all smoke and mirrors. If they had all the relevant paperwork they would have produced it by now. It's all about making you fearful enough that you pay any or all monies suggested. This doesn't have to be expensive you just have to be proactive and fight back. Don't forget citizens advice...

I think the difference between the Felicitas era and this West 28th era is that people are more informed and less fearful. The entire bulk debt recovery model is dependent on a low contest rate....

But West 28th took a run at these as EBT loans in 2024? That didn't work, so they then came back 2 years later, stating they had been magically transformed into CCA loans. CFA (no win no fee) would actually make sense because a 'win' could be someone paying up and not solely a win in court. Who represented...

I've just read through my employment contract with IQ and nowhere does it state the word 'loan'. It also doesn't contain clause 3.1 (the "due and payable one month after demand") which seems to be referenced in the latest batch of letters from Trethowans posted here....

Look back earlier on in this thread and there is a great template created (sorry can't remember the poster) which goes into amazing detail. Send that by registered post....

They are saying they will hand over copies of loan agreements but they still haven't proven the actual deed of assignment or proof of chain of title? Bait and switch....

They stated they acquired the loan from Felicitas around 22nd Nov 2022. How is that possible when Felicitas dissolved on 15th Feb 2022. Saccos wife and Andrew Thompson set up another Felicitas Solutions Limited in 2022 and that was dissolved within months. Get them to prove the assignment against the...

Send your letter to the citizens advice too. Once i receive mine i'll be forwarding it on to them and the FCA contact from before. For those who sent a SAR to West 28th and was ignored, that is an important fact when raising a complaint with the ICO....

Mine also clearly states 'Employee Benefit Trust' numerous times throughout the letter.

If anyone received from Felicitas, the 'Notice of Acquisition of Lenders Rights', look at the footer of the front page of that letter. It states Felicitas registered address in the IOM. Actually it also shows in the Felicitas branding on the top right corner too. Beautiful.

Yeah bunch of chances, check out the link on West 28th about statue barred loans. Unless you've paid anything, etc you should be OK....

When was this so called EBT loan? Could it be statue barred or extinguished by now? Have they proven ownership? I would be careful in calling them. It could be another fishing expedition in the hope people will be fearful and pay when they don't have to....

Sack-o-tulip is a victim, suuure. If he felt so bad about what's happening why doesnt he give away all the money he made throughout this? No, what a surprise. He even states in his interview they were employment loans which would make them EBT not CCA. The people behind this would no longer be hidden...
