I've just noticed something on the letter. They are trying to imply these come under the consumer credit act, but it states 'Trethowans EBT Claims' and the email address is EBT@Trethowans.com. It stated in my letter that Felicitas had sent me a letter in March 2020, but i just found that letter and it was actually February 2020. I remember a previous thread (thanks @eek) where it explained to dispute the statutory demand. So i emailed the Felicitas scumbags in March 2021 doing so. They replied...Leave a comment:

I received a letter today from Trethowans LLP on behalf of their client West 28th Street Ltd. They are stating I owe interest on a loan, which has never been proven and I'd ignored Felicitas previously. Has anyone else received one? Is this the latest shake down?...
