Because that approach doesn't generate a lot of £££.

I think they were capable of dealing with this quite easily. But like many other companies, they just got greedy. They will now be remembered for presiding over this mess....Leave a comment:

I spoke to my solicitor about this, and his view was that, if this does end up in court, it may actually work in the contractors favour for the matter to be fully examined rather than quietly settled.
His reasoning was that there appear to be significant inconsistencies in the paperwork...Leave a comment:
