I have had a letter to say basically we haven’t forgotten about you. I didn’t settle the last time in 2019 and the letter was to say basically new terms are favourable. And they would be back in touch....

interesting read. the pessimist in me wonders what had changed that W28 are still pursuing this. All the obvious evidence points to chancing it....but can't help feeling their is something lurking in the long grass....

Well I'm not privy to all the legal goings on, but somebody mentioned about W28 trying to legitimise the debt, I find it hard to believe an accredited solicitor would pursue this, if there wasn't some substance to this,...

I have to say as someone who is unfortunately knee deep in all this, I (inadvertently) dismissed the letter from W28 as the latest attempt at easy money...I now am getting freaked out by reading some of the contributions....Elysium and Trethowans in correspondence for months (who is paying for this...

i must be missing something here. not sure why Elysium and Trethowans would have been corresponding for months about this? Unless they have come to a position between themselves on best way for all parties to get a payday........

What is the significance of issuing the letter via Trethowans LLP?
in the past was Felicitas/ trust helpline and whatever incarnations they had.
does the fact that Trethowans LLP issued letter mean there is a valid case?...
