Interesting letter from Hector today, this applies only to those of us who POA and had cases thrown out, it's a few of us I know of.
They (Hector) make mention of repaying the POA money with 'explaining if we owe you any repayment interest.'
BTW still not received a penny...

I don't think any of us realised it was just a debt transferring tribunal. It was a big part and one of the lead witnesses had their debt transfer thrown out just prior to the hearing but they still stood.

Those letters came a long time ago about the nonsensical demands they gave.

I don't honestly know, one of the lead cases for Boox HMRC did try to throw out at the last minute, they did in fact do this but he still gave evidence anyway.
think being able to take your own case to appeal has always been on the table.
