The advice at the time was to sign, I suspect it will be the same. Again check with your specialist really. Here (this forum) is often just opinion we do try to share facts from advisors etc., but always talk to your specialist.

That's the way I'm reading it too. Did you pay off the demand when it came? Pay HMRC in full no questions asked and yes they have no need to investigate you further as you have 'admitted' you were an MSC in theory.

That is pretty much exactly what they are doing.
The irony of course is had all of 'these people' been PAYE HRMC wouldn't have seen a penny of CT, VAT, DT two types of PAYE and two types of NI, claim zero benefits etc., To me I am not sure why HMRC just wouldn't leave alone. We all know...Leave a comment:

Churchill Knight acted in a very different way to Boox really though, which is why early on I had no confidence in Boox. CK had no apps or calculators etc., They had an invoice and expenses portal and that was your lot really.

From what we know the original £1,000,000 raised was to fight the case and use representations. The feedback was sketchy but CK did indicate more would be needed to brief Barristers for the hearings.
