I was at clientco. We (well me and the BA) decided to go to the Japanese for lunch but there was an outdoor table available at the Ivy Cafe so we went there instead
think we got back to work in just under 2 hours...

The question you are asking now has the answer it won’t be possible.
HMRC now requires join liability between the umbrella and the agency so both will be insisting on UK tax being paid .
if you want to “work” in the UK while living in Spain you will need a limited company...Last edited by eek; 16 March 2026, 08:33.
