Wow. i must be in the only town on the planet with good, fairly priced builders.
I have a plumber, a sparks, a chippie, roofer and general handyman/gardener all available <with notice of course> to deliver quality jobs at a fair price.
oh, and a painter, and cleaners.

I've had no trouble finding builders. and not at those rates either.
as for drilling holes, you don't need to tell insurers and councils about that, afaik.
you must be on the local builders 'MUG' list mate....

tried to return an unusable item to amazon, who only offered EVRI dropoff <no good, no transport> or EVRI pickup.
Chose pickup, although i know EVRI can't EVER find my house <everyone else can, not EVRI>.

I still can't find any use outside offhost dev environments.
we don't use 'apps', git or any 'frameworks' languages, and i cant find an LLM that can read local filesystems and train.
