Just dispute the debt - I wouldn’t pay a pound in case they use it to argue that you accept the loan is a CCA one.
If you don’t have a lawyer able to dispute things perfectly I would keep everything as simple as possible. At the moment I wouldn’t even be querying the CCA stuff until...

The CCA stuff is easy to deal with please show the entire history of the loan and the CCA authorization of every firm in that history from the Monet you claim they lent me money.

1) you provide them with exactly the same information they have on you - a redacted driving licence has your name and address - and you could hide the number, your date of birth and issue date.

They need to confirm that the person who is asking is legally entitled to the information - just send them a copy of your driving licence as that confirms who you are and where you live.
Yes they are creating hoops you need to jump through but this one has legal requirements so you do need...

I would just go and make a Subject Access Request across all the firms involved, you want the data they have on you - because it won't will be missing the fundamental bits required for their attempt to stand up.....
