I don't read TikTok or twitter / X but will happily call you out for being a clueless muppet.
As 1 example the issue isn't just a lack of contracts it's a lack of jobs as highlighted by the increased unemployment rate that was announced today....

It’s a straight forward unless you are married you can’t do that.
you don’t need to ask a professional to tell you something is impossible. There is a risk they will try to find a convoluted way to do it so they can make money from you...

Again your are commenting without reading - the issue at the moment isn’t inside / outside contracts it’s a complete lack of contracts...

Oh there is an entire forum discussing similar schemes - trouble is it's not in the Umbrella section it's in the HMRC Scheme Enquiries one because believe me this is a scheme.
You started off with a comparison / seller of tax avoidance schemes because there is not enough money for an umbrella...

Nope because if you don’t take the holiday within the holiday year - it’s perfectly legal for the umbrella to take the money as profit at the end of the holiday year.
If you are a contractor just insist on holiday pay being paid upfront that works out cheapest...

And a low mortgage rate of only 5.99%
Mind you even with a deposit of 25% their rate is significational higher than others mortgage providers....

Problem is current AI is just autocomplete on steroids - it may get you somewhere but I have a suspicion that a lot of it is taking us down a cul de sac towards a dead end...

That story has been going on for months - to the extent we now buy all stamps from the local post office and keep the receipt....
As for the legitimate seller argument there are so many fakes around the only sane option is to buy direct from the source or print it yourself....

You would have thought it was zero risk to management
1) if the project is a success take the glory for the successful project
2) pass the blame to the change experts who failed to achieve things.
I guess this is why you offload the project as a whole to a consultancy...
