But surely just because they admit they got their paperwork wrong, it doesn't allow them to reset the clock?

I've not responded yet as there has been no demand, although I want to be ready for when they do. I received a demand for payment in feb 2020 and never had a response from Gladstones...

I disputed my Felicitas SD to Gladstones and had confirmation of the letter being signed for in early 2020. They never wrote back and I haven't heard anything since.
