    Oh good

The headache seems to have pretty much subsided today, the back is quite a bit better, and any fatigue is probably more related to a slightly unsettled night's sleep and not having had my coffee yet than anything else. But we shall see…

Good - otherwise I would have told you to check your blood pressure as well.

Late breakfast, or maybe early lunch, of buttered wholemeal toast. Delicious and nutritious

Outside bog emptied of recycling and assorted crap (most of which moved to the tin shed), then washed over with bleach & mopped clean.

Positively shining in there now, so the roofers have somewhere to take their relief should the need arise.

More ancient bank statements belonging to the Strangelove parents duly prepared for disposal.

I think there's 7 binbags full now, and there may be more to come.

It's made me think that I could do much the same with my half century of crap.

Lunch: Heinz pea and ham soup with Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed bread, bramble jelly sandwich on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt bread, yellow corner yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

In other news, the bird feeders have been filled for the first time this autumn.
            When the fun stops, STOP.

              .
Does it still work? Depending on the type of Covid lockdown going on before a vaccine is rolled out, you can have guests in the garden and they will never need to go into the house.

In London all the outside bogs were stripped out in mine and my friends' houses by about 1990.

In parts of Surrey, everywhere is an outside bog if you're a cyclist.

Doesn't that depend on your sex?

As I mentioned in another thread, cyclists round here are predominantly MAMIL WASPs.
