Investigation of the subject revealed that my sessions on the exercise bike yesterday were better categorised as medium, maybe even moderate, intensity; and furthermore, that one probably shouldn’t bother with more than two or three HIIT sessions per week, doing more moderate stuff the rest of the time. So I’ve just undertaken something more akin to an HIIT session on the bike, and will maybe do a moderate session later just to fill up the exercise ring on the Apple Watch, assuming popping downstairs to check the post and out the back to check the gate doesn’t take care of that for me
Now to see about lunch.Comment

Are you still measuring your oxygen levels? Or now you've got an idea of your baseline you no longer need to check daily?
Can't find any oximeters now - well not for a reasonable price - and Amazon seems full of dodgy Chinese knock offs.Comment

Might be worth looking in small local pharmacies, should you have any in your neck of the woods?Comment
