Morning all
Seems a bit breezy out and there's grey in the clouds. Occasional bits of blue here and there.
No plans for the day other than phone my Dad, wish him happy birthday and see if the card I posted on Friday has arrived.Comment

Thank you. Fortunately it was Saturday so I could chill out a bit.Originally posted by ladymuck View PostHappy birthday!

Really need to book some time off soon. I had a week off in January but that seems like soooo long ago now. Summer holiday in June looks like it isn't going to happen so not sure whether stockpiling for a break at the end of the year when we can get somewhere is a gamble or a week just chilling out and doing very little but recharging batteries soon would be worth it instead. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't existComment

Freecell score: 91%, running average 83%.
Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg, one of the eggs was broken so that ended up on the roof of the salting house for the jackdaws, more of yesterday's rice pud, corner yogurt, beetroot sandwich, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
The "Nuke the Moon" book also mentioned the chicken warmed nuclear land mine of yore. When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
