Morning denizens

The lurgy seems marginally improved. I can turn my head now, though there's still a very slight discomfort in the back of the neck, and my lower back is complaining more, and there's still a vague, incipient possibility of achiness lurking in my limbs

But I had a good night's sleep, compared to the unsettling dreams of Monday night, so that's probably helped
