In with the hoi polloi following a misty moisty drizzly trek down town.

      Very dampish.

Due to not going to Sainsbury's last week I have no nectarines, which means no breakfast (apart from coffee). I feel an early lunch coming on…

I just went to Liverpool Street Tesco. Sign on the subway says "if he talk to you, do not harden your hearts. The bible tells us so".

Well lets assume for a moment that "he" is God as opposed to, say, BoJo. Its a bit sexist - could god be a woman?

If God talks to me, I will not harden my heart. I will see a shrink....

No detectable precipitation looking through the gap in the living room curtains.

It just looks grim & uninviting.

Seems like a loooong time since it was unbearalbly warm.

Dampish turned into a bit drizzlier, then on the trek up to Tonna lock it looks almost as if the sun was about to emerge from the overwhelming gloom but it was not to be, thencely it has got drizzlier until ultimately the full on murrain of beasts and old women and sticks turned up.

To relieve the tedium one has just watched

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" The Puppet Show (TV Episode 1997) - IMDb

It was quite funny and laugh out loud funny during the show in a show in the credits.

Early for me, at least: chicken and barley soup, with toast of many (2) colours. Very nice
