Missed dinner with some of the project team, so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant...
Tuna carpaccio £20. Nice starter.
Glass of Barbera £20.
Main was a 100g Waygu sirloin £70. "Sublime" doesn't do it justice.
Now finishing off with limoncello cream digestif.
I'm glad I didn't choose the £300 "Chef's special" as that might have been beyond the project budget.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
