In a flurry of activity, I had a go at moving about some furniture as I've been pondering a living room reorg for some time.

The trouble with this is that I have identified I need to buy:
- a console table
- a replacement TV stand
- an additional floor lamp (or a decent sized table lamp)

To make room for these things, I need to get rid of:
- my old TV
- a sofa bed
- a couple of dead PCs
- the current TV stand

I'd love to buy second hand for the bits I need but am having trouble finding what I want at a price I'm willing to pay.

Have you tried Freecycle? People are getting rid of masses of stuff at the moment, some of it really good. Seen a nice TV stand recently.

That's the last of that out of the freezer. I'll have to get another Big Chicken soon so I can make some more to tide me over until turkey soup season

Afternoon all. The Dog (tw) didn’t want to walk this morning - church bells and guns put paid to that. Then it was off to Newdigate to cut down a Christmas tree, come back home and put it up, at which point she was ready for a walk. Back in now.
