Missed call from an 0203 number earlier (missed because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know). Googling it reveals nothing, not even on those "who called" sites. So I assume it's a scam, as anything legit would show some trace

Used to log calls when I brought a phone with blocking feature but gave up when I found they can spoof any number they like, blocking any one number won't stop getting the same crap again.
