I really don't understand how can they just throw up figures that then you have to correct. This will affect so many lives and people's health, and they don't seem to care. I know it's affecting me a great deal.Comment

It certainly hasn't done them any harm.
And yes they have no care of you our your company, the more scared and mentally challenged they can make you the better it is for them.Comment

Speaking with tax specialists and insurance companies, it's almost a given that HMRC will appeal to a higher court if they lose.
If that's the case, and reading about the contributions made to CK and the DK group (for Boox), what's the point in winning the FTT if CK or Boox have no funds to fight the appeal? Is there a point to fight HMRC if they are counting on unlimited resources/funds?
Do we have any chances here if HMRC is not willing to even look at our appeals? Or, is there anything else we can do to proof that neither CK or Boox were managing our companies?Comment

Someone else can confirm this but I understand CK's aim was to raise enough funds to take it all the way (ie. FTT -> UTT -> Court of Appeal -> Supreme Court).merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
