I weigh in every Saturday. I need to lose 6kg. First week I lose 2.5kg. Then flat for 4 weeks. Then 1.5 kg loss last Saturday. So 2kg to go.
I do find it weird that my body behaves like that - I know I will be flat for the next 4 weeks.
Yep - mine does that. This morning I'm 1lb heavier than I was last Sunday, and I haven't had any pig outs this week. I think it's fluid and suchlike. Still a bit depressing though

I've actually lost 13lbs since xmas with 8 lbs in the last two weeks. Dropped 7lbs last week but only 1lb this week. Been bloody starving each day though and until Tuesday had been off the grog.
3 packets of crisps and 3 bottles of wine in the last two days.

Fallen off the wagon.
Sounds a bit extreme. Sustainable change is what you're after. You're never going to keep it up if you're hungry - eat enough, but make sure it's healthy.
Found the easiest thing to change is lunch. Sushi and fruit from the supermarket = 330kal (less say 70 burned walking there and back). Or soup and fruit from ClientCo canteen. Previously I was having a proper meal most days usually followed by cheesecake - probably nearer 1000 cal.
Dinners I've been ditching the takeaways and doing stir fry, or pasta and veg, or spag bol etc. Again 500-600 calories per meal rather than 1200+ for MaccyD's or pizza.
Been intending to up the exercise, but too damned cold!

Don't know how SB is doing it? But then again he did start at 400lbs.
