At Monday's weigh-in I've put on 1lb from last week. Was going great guns but fell off the wagon last night with wine and a curry

Well done! Weight static for the past fortnight. Gonna try and up the ante this week by adding a bit more exercise. Bit of biking on Saturday and a short jog this morning. Hoping to start the cycle-commute a couple of times a week now the evenings are lighter.Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostAnother 1lb gone. 34 gone only 10 to go.

My rate of loss is slowing down now, but I suppose that is only to be expected as I now have a lot less to lose than I did when I began.Originally posted by k2p2 View PostWell done! Have decided to leave bigger gaps between weigh-ins from now.“The period of the disintegration of the European Union has begun. And the first vessel to have departed is Britain”Comment
