    CUK Fat Club

Anyone fancy joining me to lose a pound or twenty of lard?

Need to shift at least a stone. Two wouldn't go amiss.

Not into dieting or self deprivation. But sensible eating, cutting out the crap and doing more excercise can't be that hard, can it? And maybe a bit of moderation on the vino too.

Mine too - Count me in

What do we have to do, besides eat and drink less and exercise more?

No more broken bog seats, or people flattening themselves against the wall when one walks down a ten foot wide staircase!

Do? Lose weight I guess. Post daily/weekly/hourly status reports in a loving, caring and supportive environment.

                  e.g.

Today I got out my chair to change the channel instead of using the remote.
Today I ran a marathon before going to the gym.
I just ate a Haribo. I feel such a failure.

                  Whatever suits really.

Maybe a weekly weigh in - amount lost / gained.

No more people giving up their seat on the train before asking when it's due... (actually, that one's quite handy)

I don't even know how to change the channel on my TV without the remote
