          At Monday's weigh-in I've put on 1lb from last week. Was going great guns but fell off the wagon last night with wine and a curry .

          Back on the diet today.
          ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

              Did my first weigh in on Monday... lost 13lbs!

              Not as tough as I'd set myself up for, so it's going well (so far!)

                  Well done! Weight static for the past fortnight. Gonna try and up the ante this week by adding a bit more exercise. Bit of biking on Saturday and a short jog this morning. Hoping to start the cycle-commute a couple of times a week now the evenings are lighter.

                      My rate of loss is slowing down now, but I suppose that is only to be expected as I now have a lot less to lose than I did when I began.
                      Have decided to leave bigger gaps between weigh-ins from now.
