No weigh-in this week. Off to Cornwall for the weekend, then a big dinner on Tuesday. Will return to the scales the following week.

...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Another 1lb gone now. Down to a svelte 13.5 stone.
Only another 4kg to go.
Getting harder though. 3 months to shift the first 2 stone and nearly 2 months to shift the next half a stone. Must be getting near my "comfortable" weight.

I am now 0.5kg from my target (BMI=25 even though I am very wide) and 2.5kg from my lowest ever weight since I was 16. At the moment I am struggling to get the energy to do all the exercise I am doing - I might have to start a CUK thin club soon....Comment
