Think I consumed a week's worth of calories today. Choccies (2 boxes) nom nom. Fried egg sandwiches nom nom. Speckled Hen glug glug. Roast dinner - beef, 6 spuds, 2 yorkshires and roast parsnips nom nom. Bottle of wine glug glug.
I've been cycling into work for weeks, plus shops/off roaders/weekenders. Fitness improving, legs getting much stronger and I'm now back to an all time weight high. Go figure.

All the loose stuff is turning into muscle, which is heavier. This is a godo thing. Keep it up and then the little fat that is left burns off.
