Have decided to leave bigger gaps between weigh-ins from now.
What really p*ss*s me off is that husband, who has been eating my 'healthy' meals before stuffing his face with crap has lost more weight than me!

But I think you're right - the more you have to lose, the easier it is to lose some. My weight is now top end of 'normal' range, so another half stone would be good, but I don't think it's gonna go easily. Will try and avoid scales till next weekend.

Nah. Homer Simpson is his role model.

Swimming this morning. First time in about 2 years.
Set out with the intention of doing 40 lengths.
After four lengths, revised target to 20.
In the event I managed 30, +2 backstroke for good measure.

4lbs this week! As this is impossible (I did eat!) I assume that my two weeks' plateau was fluid retention or something. Still, not complaining.

Total: 19lb. Just nudged below the next 'stone' mark on the scales too.

Still no change in waist measurement though.

Been a difficult week, and at the end of it I am still the same weight. Mind you I did "Hit the Hut" last sunday, have an "All you can Eat" chinky on monday, and shared a curry with Mrs SB on friday night, so all in all I suppose staying static is a bit of a result.
