To be honest, I am not really losing the weight due to cutting down on food. I am eating a bit more sensibly but nothing too extreme, and I am not going hungry.
The weight is going due to the exercise that I am doing, and at the moment that is just walking. A lot of walking, but only walking. (Approx 1 hour per day for over 3 months now!)
I shall start the jogging soon and see how that goes as I anticipate it will get more tricky to lose the last stone.
