(Just need to pass the message to my midriff)

Total: 13lb down - getting there.

Really don't understand this BMI nonsense, if you use this as a strict rule of thumb then by looking at the any of the rugby teams in the six nations the average player would be classified as morbidly obese according to these scales.

        hmmm

Last night's smoked salmon rissoto, herb crusted rack of lamb and sticky toffee pudding might have an impact on next week's weigh-in.

It had to be done though.

I can hear the scales groaning as you speak

          All home made I hope?

I did porcini risotto last night

              Nah, don't think so!

Don't do diets, never have. Just believe in eating and drinking sensibly and trying to exercise.

Just haven't had the time to do so till now, lost weight at a slow steady pace through nothing more than eating sensibly, it's also been nice to have the time to engage in a sport. I've indulged now and then but why not.

People over here don't obsess about diets or food, or going to the gym, it's quite nice to work in an office where people don't over analyse everything they eat or the fact they missed a gym session.

                [Sharp intake of breath].Ouch.

Telling K2P2 she's obsessive, over sensitive, doesn't exercise enough, stuffs her face and should lay off the booze.

                Subtle.

Was 13st 12lb this morning, the heaviest I've ever been. Not been cycling for a month since I did my back in. Back on my bike this morning but it's time for a diet. Will report back next week.
