It sounds like she's got the latest iPhone or Android (I think the metadata was exposed) which automatically takes several photos and uses AI to combine the best bits of each, so everyone is smiling/has open eyes.
You may have seen Google advertise this for the Pixel 8, alongside features like...

  • Yeah that's a good question. I suppose I mean all the ISA and long-term savings, a BTL - so the "retirement pot" rather than getting into crazy debt with no cash.

Sounds quite similar - I'm about the age you were then though this is more a country house like something out...

Let's hope that isn't the case, can you imagine the collective misery from the nation?

I think DA is one of the people I would most like to meet too. It was a dream of mine to watch Federer play tennis that I VERY nearly managed - I had Wimbledon finals tickets one year. I was watching...

  • Sink all your savings into a wonderful house and live in it?

Over the last ~15 years as a contractor I have gone from "decent income but no savings" to being reasonably comfortable though by no means loaded especially compared to many here. A somewhat substantial ISA fund, etc - it creeps up on you if you have decent incomings and are fairly prudent...

I've been fortunate to already visit the Grand Canyon and see the Northern Lights in the Arctic (a few times including one pretty good display).

I would like to perform in front of...

I think so. She seems nonplussed about ego and personal gain and comes across as actually GAS especially as a back-bencher. Being well-meaning and competent as PM are not the same thing but I am less inclined to castigate someone for doing a bad job than being a bad person....

  • Cheers NL.. forum fart I think.

The house is not really functional generally. And my PC is a 27" iMac anyway
It seemed worth double checking but as it is my home as well as my workplace, just not a starter.
This would apply to the idea of a "working holiday on tour"...

  • WFH in short-term (e.g. AirBnb) accomodation... any expenses?

I work from home 100% of the time for my current contract but there are issues with the house which mean I can't work there for a couple of weeks. I need to find something like an AirBnB in order to work.
My assumption is that since I would be living there, there is nothing at all which can be...
