Most of Europe is voting in right wing parties - ie those that don't want poorly managed immigration or to become the second hand grenade attack capital of the world.

moderates have warned about this for years.
Some may say that "moderates are a contributing factor". Rise up! Have the courage of your convictions!

Moderate people are, hence Europe's shift to the right and Reform's polling.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

I was in Clacton on Saturday, delivering leaflets for the party, and with the opportunity to canvass like this Andrew Parker bloke.
The setup was very informal. Nigel sent out a mass-email to everyone who has registered with the Reform Party, not even members, to come to Clacton on Saturday as part of the "People's Army" to leaflet and help out.

There was no ID checking when I arrived in the office - all they asked for was my name and phone number, and then they gave me a bunch of leaflets and sent me out to deliver them. So it would be easy for anyone to misrepresent themselves, as appears to have happened here.
"People's Army" - undertones of the British Union all over again, led by thinly-veiled neo-fascists smart enough to pull the levers, often with blatant untruths, of otherwise decent people who see specific issues that they mistakenly assume nobody else appears to be handling. At least the Nazis, for all their spiteful hate, had an intelligent plan on how to run all aspects of the country. Reform UK has nothing other than hate. It's a dangerously slippery slope.

Also, the whole "political establishment" lark, he was an MEP for 20 years, admittedly he didn't do anything to benefit the UK in Europe, but he got paid a lot and has a fat pension from it. He's been running various political parties for over 30 years, so it's not like he's new to politics.

And the man-of-the-people sham - he's an ex-broker, his party is funded/run by bankers and crypto.

Also the party (aka Nigel Farage Ltd) will get free money from the electoral commission based on the number of seats won and the number of votes cast. Not huge amounts, and other parties will get the same. Although they at least have a political party and not a PR company behind them.

Hate is too strong a word. Disillusionment and a belief that the mainstream parties have lost their way is what is driving most people, myself included, who support Reform.
