It's still a ****ed up action don't you think? How would they even confirm he's dead without troops on the ground? A hit only makes sense if you can actually be sure the target was eliminated.
If Russia was using the same response ie. we bombed a school to kill a few soldiers sitting in the cellar the world would be super quick to call it a war crime. Here it's "oh well, tulip happens". Talk about double standards.
And yes I do get they are fighting terrorists but US warned them to not go in all red from rage. Seems like they did just that and it doesn't look like they will back down anytime soon. I wouldn't be surprised if this triggers a massive conflict with several countries involved simply because IDF has a bulldozer approach.
