Not even that, they simply said we don't want a million random people, Europe can take them if they are so concerned. So so much for Arab friendliness towards their own (on the other hand you can understand why no country would want to take on an extra million people).

Interestingly, Lebanon accomodates 1.5 million Syrians, Jordan 660,000, Egypt 150,000, UK 20,000.

Currently, 250,000 there are Palestinians refugees in Lebanon, 2 million in Jordan and between 50,000 and 100,000 in Egypt. Perhaps 5000 in the UK.

Ghazi Hamad of the Hamas political bureau said in an October 24, 2023 show on LBC TV (Lebanon) that Hamas is prepared to repeat the October 7 “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation time and again until Israel is annihilated.
