They all lived there until 1948 and the name changed.

Then Palestinian Arab somehow became the only term associated with the place.

the only two countries opinion that matter is Israel and Palestine. If Palestine exists then what are the fighting for?

Obviously they are fighting for the genocide of the jews, at the behest of Iran, but under the pretense of a "2 state solution".
