Nor am I. My wife is, however. And we are well aware of the difference. Sadly, the net result is the same - bone-on-bone in a load bearing joint.

She who mut be obeyed suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and has done for many years. It's incurable and progressive - basically the body is eating the cartilage in the joints.

On the bright side, she has two replacement knees, neither of which cause any pain or restrictions on movement...

That was my point. We're raising a generation who only want to exist in their own little bubble and who will ignore - or have hysterical reactions to - anything that doesn't align to their world view. And, sadly, they aren't being well enough educated to form a sensible world view.

I understand the point about why influencers may be necessary. Now all we have to do is work out which ones are useful and which are vacuous, ill-informed or plain ignorant wannabes...

Ours is a Dyson animal (fairly recent version). Two steps to fully empty the container, one click to get to the filter for maintenance. Hardly onerous.

Also, using a decent cordless (Dyson, VAX, Shark, whatever) is a hell of a lot easier than a plug-in one. IMVHO of course...

We use a Dyson cordless. Works really well, picks up hairs, has a boost option for any really stubborn bits (and an eco one to keep Millipede happy...). Also way easier to use than a corded one. 30-ish minutes running on a full charge but rarely use it that long.

Remember that such clauses have to pass the test of "Reasonableness". If your work is not going to impact the original client's business, or you are not privy to commercially confidential information for example, a year would fail that test....

Best of luck, of course, but it's not merely about "work done", it's about "work done to the required standard defined in the contract". The client may disagree that you have met that requirement. And that is outside the scope of the agency to determine; the fact that your contract...

Unlikely, but they have been removed from the FCSA's register. ISTR the FCSA requirements excluded non-UK ownership...
