I'm with Court on this one. It would take too long to answer all the things that are either plain wrong or potentially wrong in your questions. There are good accountant recommendations on here, go talk to one of them and get professional advice while you can still sort out the mess....

plus depreciation, plus lost interest on capital, plus servicing, plus consumables...

If you want an objective answer, the RAC are saying up to 65ppm for a "standard" petrol car, rather less for an EV....

I well remember the long arguments PCG had with Osborn to get it from 40ppm to 45ppm, so it is well overdue.

For comparison, the Arctic Systems case which followed a similar path,was reportedly arond £700k. That was 20 years ago....
