That’s how you voice your concerns. Just say that you have concerns about that and that you’d like to change that part of the contract.
If they then say ‘No’, you’ve voiced your concerns. How you proceed after that...

I used to upload regularly when there was greater involvement by people affected by this who would give me the information. We no longer have many eyes in this area as most have settled and quietly got on with their lives, and so I don't get the updates that I used to....

The rubbish rate should put off all but the most desperate contractor.
I’m not impressed by the product or TheMortgageSquad for advertising it, and if this or anything like it happens again there will be consequences.
