What I find baffling though is investors are found to be the victims of a crime, but there isn't even a hint anywhere else that a crime has been committed, or that the perpetrators should be brought before a court. That mega diamond fraud is the same.

They do it to 'own the libs' as much as anything. Wanting you to get hot and bothered and put up a fight.
