Speaking of cooking, I've just made a Dijon mustard, honey, and lime marinade for a pork tenderloin fillet. That's now sitting in the fridge, marinading
Proper limes too! Three of them, zested and the juice extracted

Leftovers for lunch: a little bit of lamb and gravy plus one small roast spud from last night's roast, plus a bit of kebab from Saturday night. Something of a contrast, but it's all lamb

The pork with lime, honey and mustard was nice enough (accompanied by chips). Could have done with a little less lime, perhaps. But it was tasty, and it made a change

No car today, though they did repeat a huge number of gold digger episodes. This caused some confusion when the 7pm broadcast reverted to the different series they were already repeating
And the new gold diggers episode later on included a new team, with a guy who scuba dives into water holes with an underwater detector
After which it was time to read another chapter of Attack Warning Red!
Early night now, as it's back to the fray tomorrow
Goodnight all
