    Morning.

    Dry.

    Grey.

    Sunless.

Cold at 11.1 deg in here.

1029 mBar, 30.39 in Hg, 771.8 Torr, 14.92 psi, (up from 1027 mbar last night), 70% RH.

Sunday. Is it teatime yet? Just askin' like.

Will Self's jeremiad makes me think it might well be.

Walk (unabbreviated) walked, with yesterday's missing layer back in place & it was still perishing.

Lunch: Brains' faggots with peas & suchlike, a red corner yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Entertainment (if as such it might be defined): TWTW.

Freecell score (other box): 100% (of 8), running average 84%.

That "Hidden Wales: Last chance to save" thing from last Monday with that Will Millard chap. I actually watched it this time instead of playing Freecell.

Tea: baked potato with cheese & baked beans, some peach slices, a yog, bramble jelly & marmalade sandwiches, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Entertainment: "Walking Wartime Britain: South Wales" with that Arthur Williams chap in the wheelchair.

"The Ipcress File" with someone who isn't Sir Michael Caine, not a lot of people know that.

Reasonable enough if you've a) not read the book b) not seen the film and c) don't object to them writing off a rather nice Rover 80 P4 motor car.

Documentary on the live & particularly the loves of one Clinton Eastwood.

        Morning all

Sunny! Chilly though. Currently 7 degrees ('feels like' 4) with a high of 8. No rain expected. Barometer up to 1028 mBar.

Have had a productive morning: bed stripped and the pillow cases and fitted sheet are in the WM and tidying up of the plant troughs on the railings to de-weed and then plant new plants which arrived yesterday.

I need to procure some larger plant troughs and training wire for some evergreen jasmine plants that I want to grow up the wall. I'm not sure if I was sent six of the same plant or the three of each I ordered. The packing slip suggests I have six of the same but they're at a stage where it's hard to tell

6 evergreen jasmine? How big is the wall?

It was cheaper to buy 3 x 3 and then give away the spares. I only want two for the wall I intend to put them on. I have homes lined up for the spares

                Afternoon denizens

Rather sunny out for a change, with lots of big fluffy bots bumbling about. Currently 8°C, so not that warm and going to get colder soon. Barometers are continuing upwards at 1021/1029mB

Yeh, finally a bit of that bright thing in the sky on my walk today. Forget what it's called.
