Some time after getting home last night with the roast chicken, I started feeling really ropey. Turned out my internal temperature had fallen to 35C. Hot bath and a cup of tea later, and all restored. Very strange.

In the interests of meteorological data:
    Temperature 5.5 °C
    Relative humidity 72%
    Pressure 992 hPa

It's getting slightly warmer, but not much.

Lunch was a salami, cucumber and mayo sandwich.
Earlier post but a bit of a joke - The fish used was Smoked Basa (from Vietnam) and chilli. Normally use Smoked haddock which has a more distinctive taste so no chilli. The Basa is more delicate and less salty so overall very nice change.

Lunch will be Paprikash lamb heart from the freezer.

So I don't have to accuse of you cultural misappropriation then.

Hey if I had enough hair I would wear cornrows like our Celt chums.

Feeling quite pleased about having got the walk out of the way at lunchtime so I don't have to bother now

If I got up earlier, I could even go before starting work. I doubt that's likely to happen on a regular basis though

The head cold I've been ignoring for a week is now making me feel rubbish. I think an early night beckons. Need to see if I have any lemsip in my drugs stash

Tea: chicken jalfrezi, with the usual rice and naan. Very tasty indeed

Tonight's viewing included the inevitable bit of Trucking Hell whilst dining, followed by The Americans S4E2, Pastor Tim (TV Episode 2016)

Feeling rather tired tonight; should have got an earlier night really, but this will have to do

                      Goodnight all
